Project 14.

Through a mutual friend, Thomas and Leslie approached us to help them plan a home to their specific family needs. Following our first meeting, they drew up their wish list of rooms and described in their words how they wanted the house to flow.

The second meeting consisted of presenting initial proposals and tweaking the plans following our discussion. Planning was lodged, granted, commencement notice lodged and off they went building by direct labour, as Thomas was more than competent to project manage the build.
